Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • This role will include approximately 48 hours per week
  • Operates as the point of contact for approached new leads
  • Identify opportunities to grow business through a predetermined market
  • Greet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials to guests/potential members
  • Negotiate contracts/packages and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop new business with existing member and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting member relationships
  • Create an energized, lively community by hosting events and bringing member together in real life. Engaging the community by focusing on their personal interests, hobbies, and fulfilling their desire to connect with others
  • During the downtime at the desk, this role will focus on increasing the number of hosted in the building and gathering member feedback on content. Local outreach duties include:
  • Connect with local organizers and request they host at our space
  • Communicate with members to understand what kind of event they want to attend
  • Print and update marketing material for each night of events
  • Empower members to become organizers
  • Attend and participate in the event space and train the organizers to host the best quality event and handle building logistics
  • Illustrate the company’s core values and strive to achieve our mission
  • Service multiple members concurrently, often meeting deadlines
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all key account management matters
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, member stakeholders and executive partners
  • Generate sales among key accounts, including cross-selling
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to renter needs and objectives
  • Makes sure the renter receive requested features and services in a timely fashion
  • Assist with challenging member requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Keep records of member transactions
  • Forecasts and tracks member account metrics
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Communicates member needs and demands to Hub manager
  • Clearly, communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to Hub Manager
  • Collaboration with Hub Manager to reach a prospective customer
  • Collaborate with Hub Manager to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Coordinate with team to ensure consistent service

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to connect well with people; warm, approachable, and patient
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Have experience with CRM software Smartsheet, etc and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
